Soccer Shots - Boston is Hiring a Youth Soccer Instructor Near Boston, MA

Do you love working with preschool and school aged children? Well, that's 100% of our players (and their families)!

We want our 30-45 minute Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST experience of each child’s week. If this excites you, please read on to see how to become part of the #1 children’s fitness franchise in the country.
Soccer Shots Boston had paused operations due to Covid-19, but we are excited to re-start and continue to grow! Our Spring Season starts in April and we are looking to hire and train coaches for the re-start IMMEDIATELY!

Soccer Shots is an intro-to-soccer enrichment program for children ages 2-8. Soccer Shots Boston is looking to grow a team of caring individuals who enjoy working with children and have a desire to be a positive influence in their lives.

Sessions run seasonally (8-10 weeks at a time) and year-round. Sessions are 30-45 minutes in length with sessions occurring between 9am-12pm Monday-Sunday, 2:30-4:00pm and 4:30-6:30pm Monday - Friday.

Soccer Shots presents curriculum in three age appropriate categories: Minis (ages 2-3), Classics (ages 3-5) and Premier (ages 5-8). We provide training, equipment and all curriculum materials. This work is rewarding, it offers the opportunity to be a team member in an enriching environment and has great pay ($20 per hour to start).

Soccer Shots coaches are:

Energetic, bringing Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that leads a child to smile and participate.
Caring, engaging with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
Organized, who plan ahead and are systematic in routine, conducting each session according to the lesson plan and working with children to maintain appropriate order for the age group.
Responsible, who are committed to doing what is expected of them as the coach and "face" of Soccer Shots.
